به گزارش رادیو فرانسه، یک نماینده پارلمان افغانستان، دریافت کیسه های پول توسط رئیس دفتر حامد کرزای از رژیم تهران را یک افتضاح توصیف کرده و گفته است، این موضوع به حیثیت دولت کابل لطمه زده است.
